Greenspan on Housing "Bubble"

The good news from FED Chairman Alan Greenspan is that while he doesn't see that there is a national housing bubble he does see a lot of little bubbles or "froth". He points out that some markets may be overheated and not able to sustain double-digit price increases but apparently doesn't believe the housing market is in any real trouble...yet. Mortgage interest rates are still at historic lows even with the FED's continued rate increases.
