In the over $4,000,000 category the most expensive home in the South Bay is still the 10,000 sqft home in the Palos Verdes Estates priced at $13,750,000. There are eight homes in Manhattan Beach priced from $4,299,122 to $6,900,000. Hermosa Beach has one listing on The Strand priced at $4,995,000. There are eleven on the Hill and the Villa in Italy is still available.
