Three of the top 10 cities with the highest median home prices in California during November were in the South Bay/Beach Cities with Manhattan Beach being the most expensive city in California.
The three South Bay Cities were: Manhattan Beach, $1,803,000 (No, 1); Palos Verdes Estates, $1,350,000 (No. 4); Rancho Palos Verdes, $1,197,500
Overall Los Angles county home prices rose 21.2% from November 2004 to November 2005.
However sales for the same time frame dropped 11% and 6.8 % since October 2005.
