A builder in Minnesota will soon be selling condos that will have the ability to muffle loud noise from the neighborhood or the neighbors next door. All you have to do is turn a knob to muffle out noise. Will be interesting to see how it works and if it can be adapted to any dwelling or just to attached wall dwellings.
