Yep.. all those zeros are not a misprint.. asking price is 75 million....You think prices are high in our local Beach Cities of Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo and El Segundo.. well check out a few of these mega properties.. with these prices you could buy a few homes along The Strand in Manhattan or Hermosa and still be ahead. Makes our home prices look like definite bargains....which may be why we are seeing a lot of cash buyers showing up to take advantage of our lower prices...
