Manhattan Beach: Not Pricey Enough to Qualify.....
You have to love Forbes Online Magazine .. they always have something fun going on. Last week it was The 10 Most Expensive Blocks of Real Estate in the U.S.
Of course one of those blocks was in Los Angeles.. but not in Malibu or Manhattan Beach as many might think.
In fact none of our California Beach Cities made the list. I'm guessing that's because we have mansions next to little cottages which lessen the overall value of the block. Still one would think that any stretch of The Strand in Manhattan Beach or just about any block on Lido Isle would at least get an honorable mention.
