Breakwater Village is the new 55+ community built by Scott Anastasi in Redondo Beach. Most of the larger units have sold but there are still a few 1200 plus square feet left. Prices in the community range from $269,000 to $519,000. The community has lots to offer including a full gym, courtyard recreation areas, a TV room and a full service community center.
