Saw this one yesterday. The kitchen is an entertainer's delight. The wood floors are immaculate and the views are stunning. I steal at twice the price.

Kaye,

We're thinking about it. It really is a beauty and such a great area too. We still can't get over how nice that kitchen was as well. You copuld really tell that no expense had been spared.

My wife and I looked at this one as well. I think you're nuts if you think this is a good deal. No offense, Kaye. I remember when these units were in the high threes a few years ago. The kitchen was pretty standard in our opinion. Not sure what youi're comparing it too. If you wait a few month there are a couple of other unis in this building that will be up for grabs.

You have a good memory.. the last time these units were in the high $300's was in August 2001-March 2002... 3 units sold and prices were $330,000-$345,000.

Anon 11:56,

Thanks for the tip. However, I have to disagree. My wife and I have been looking for a few months and have seen nothing as wonderful as this home in our price range. We're comfortably approved up to 610K by our lender. This place is still a little high for us, but my wife just flipped for it. She loves to cook and the kitchen really sold her on this place. She thought the granite and cabinets were stunning. We're talking to our realtor and deciding if we can stretch our budget. This is a big decision after all. You're the one whose nuts is you can't see the value in this home. I have to entertain clients a lot and this place would be a real showcase. Please take your poor attitude elsewhere.

Entertain clients? Surely you've confused this place with another building. This one's a glorified apartment complex circa 1972.
