Manhattan Beach: It's The Great Pumpkin Race...

It's that time again...The 2010 Manhattan Beach Pumpkin Race  will be held at the Manhattan Beach Pier, 100 Manhattan Beach Blvd., on Sunday, Oct. 24.   You can register online  for $25. You can also register  at the Manhattan Beach Pier on  Sunday morning ($30) n from 8 to 9:45 a.m.

The 20th Annual World Famous Pumpkin Race will be held from noon to 6:30 p.m.

The Los Angeles Clippers Spirit dance team be on hand as well as The Mira Costa High School Jazz Band  and  the Hermosa Beach Middle School Band.

If you are not a "racer" this is still a fun event to watch... so come and cheer the pumpkins on!
