At long last a new post on Manhattan Beach sales..This has been a crazy 6 months for both buyers and sellers in Manhattan Beach.  Inventory continues to be very low.  Last year at this time inventory was running  about 150+/- for homes and townhomes.  This year the numbers are about half that figure at 80-90+/- which is a huge difference for both buyers and sellers. 


While the number of sales have gone up,  home prices remain  stable and the days on market has dropped from last year.  Normally this is the time of year when inventory begins to increase and sales slow but so far that doesn't appear to be the case.  While the projections are pushing for more foreclosures and possibly short sales in the fall a quick review at Foreclosure Radar isn't showing much in the way of distressed properties in Manhattan Beach.
