Here's the low and high of prices.
There are ten properties for sale under $300,000. There is nothing available in Manhattan, Hermosa, Redondo, El Segundo or Palos Verdes under $300,000. Of those available, nine are condos and one is a townhome. The least expensive is a 415 sqft studio in Torrance P.O. listed at $179,000.
There are 27 properties over $4,000,000 listed on the MLS. Six are in Manhattan Beach. Two are on The Strand in Hermosa Beach. There are eighteen listed in Palos Verdes which has the most expensive on the market. Located in PVE it is a 10,000 sqft home on a 40,000+ sqft lot built in 2004 and listed at $13,750,000. For the adventurous there is a villa in Italy listed at $7,000,000.
