The median home price in California jumped to $509,230 in April. That was an increase of 12.5 % over the median price in April 2004. While a significant jump, the increase was less then the 20% monthly increases we saw last year.

Hawthorne: $470,000
Lawndale: $450,000
Gardena: $420,000
San Pedro: $527,500
Beach Cities: $895,000
Palos Verdes Peninsula: $1,215,000
