My biggest frustration with all our "new" technology is getting an answer to a question that doesn't fit the "if you are looking for__________ press 3,
for __________ press 7" options when calling a company for specific information. A true hero named Paul English has set up a list of the phone numbers for most of the major companies that will allow you to talk to a live person.
