This is my parents' home in the private gated community of Kona Hills in Kailua-Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii...
The home was custom built in 2001 and has the most amazing views. The home is entirely on one level.. all 4400 sq ft. The home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, family room, dining room, library area, breakfast room and a music alcove that is perfect for a piano or organ. The rooms are furniture sized. All the main living areas have fabulous coastline views. There are two master suits with His/her vanity areas in each. The home has been completely repainted and the deck is new.
My parents did not build a pool as neither of them swims.. but on this 1.03 acre lot there is room to build a fabulous pool and jacuzzi entertainment area that would have killer views. There is a room on the lower level that would make an ideal lanai or separate game/media room. Did I mention the views are just spectacular...
