Good schools were very important as they have a young child. They are so happy that their home lies in the Alta Vista Elementary district. Alta Vista is a California Distinguished School and one of the top scoring schools in Redondo Beach.


My clients had looked for a long time before this property caught their eye. They really liked the idea that each bedroom had a private bath. They also liked the fact that there was a patio off each bedroom. The private patio has been a terrific place to set up an outdoor play area for children.
